Casa Roca Verde

The detached villa with private pool and two sun terraces as well as a Mediterranean garden is situated on an idyllic hillside surrounded by greenery with a romantic sea view in one oft he most beautiful parts of Costa Blanca – Cumbre del Sol.

The villa is being kissed by summer rays until late in the evening and blends in aesthetically with the village style of the entire residential area. By virtue of its dimensions of 160 square meters the lovingly furnished and modernly equipped light-filled villa offers fantastic holiday comfort for up to 10 persons.  

The villa is divided into 2 separate apartments. The apartments can also be rented separately. No matter whether you rent the whole accommodation or one apartment only, there will no other guests be staying at the house at any point in time. You also have the entire oudoor area plus private pool all to yourself.

At the spacious terrace you will find the private swimming pool (7x4m) plus outdoor shower. The indirect pool illumination provides a romantic atmosphere on the pool terrace – even after sunset. During the day even the hot midday sun can be enjoyed in the shady oriental lounge. From the quiet pool terrace you have a gorgeous open view into the surrounding hills, of a romantic little valley and the nearby sea you can enjoy at the nature beach “Cala del Moraig“.  

You can let the evening come to an end in the Mediterranean garden with brick barbecue and a dining area, seating up to 10 people, at a joint extensive barbecue. Upon request we can provide you with a cot and a highchair each, free of charge. Further equipment on request.

As a guest in the residential zone Palmeras you have exclusive access to the community pool with playground easily reached in about 5 minutes walking distance. Adults and children can playfully make lots of new friends.

We recommend a rental car for a pleasant arrival and stay in Cumbre del Sol and the exclusive location of Casa Verde. The romantic beach of Cala del Moraig (2,5km), supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy in Cumbre del Sol (3,5km) are easily accessible by car.

There is a parking space directly at the house for one large or two small cars. Additionally there is enough parking space by the roadside.

In our Casa Verde you spend your vacation far away from tourism and large hotels, in a quiet, private and relaxing atmosphere.
